CletusI miss The Tchoupitoulas so much.

He’s been gone for a month.

And as much as it hurts,

we’re doing our best to heal.

Cletus is making it easier.

He’s so funny.

He makes us laugh every day.

We’re thankful for that.

We’re still trying to make a baby.

Medicated cycles aren’t helping.

We need IVF.

We can’t afford IVF.

We could afford IVF if we do it internationally.

We’re seriously looking into that.

So that’s it.

We’re still hurting,

but we’re also moving forward with life.

We’re healing.

I am so glad to hear your heart is healing a bit and that Cletus is bringing some joy back into the family.

Oh how I know about wanting to do IVF and not having the funds for it – been there myself and it just sucks!!! I actually looked into the international IVF thing too and did find it more affordable.

I will cross my fingers and say some prayers for you – May you find the road to build your family that works for you!

    HUGE HUGS

    HEY!!!!!!
Glad Cletus is making the way easier!
IVF is expensive unless you are willing to take a 2nd mortgage or go into serious debt. Maybe somewhere has a study you could get into? But I have heard also that international is MUCH more affordable. As always, you remain in my prayers.
    ((((BIG BIG HUGS))))

I’m looking for studies here in Dallas. I also spoke to my RE about doing IVF internationally and he said to go for it. He actually recommended a clinic in Guadalajara, Mexico. So we’ll see. Thanks for the prayers, we need them!! šŸ™‚

Internationally? Really? Where would you have to go?

    • TheMrs says:

We’re looking at South Africa and Mexico. Isn’t it crazy that it would be cheaper to fly to a different country for two weeks?

  4. Good luck in whatever you decide. Cleetus is such a cutie!
